The man who did my nails, should wear gloves, his hands lack of care. It looked like one of his thumb nails was too short and had some pinkish color as if he had blood before. The towel he used under my hands was dirty, maybe he had used it all day.

I can’t believe I paid for someone to rip off my acrylic nails. It hurt so bad I actually cried and all the older lady did was laugh at me and call me a baby. I’ll let you know I don’t fold to pain that easy but that honestly really hurt and she knew she had made a deep cut on the tip of my thumb and force dipped my fingers in acetone. I wish I was joking but after a visit I also ended up with yellow toe nails. I was able to reverse the fungus but that shouldn’t be something you have to deal with. Go to True touch nails. It’s so much cleaner and honestly better price and they do a better job.

One of the tech came in from smoking a cigarette didn’t wash his hands smelled like smoke while doing my pedicure. They charge u a $1.00 to use your debit card their is no sign posted to let u know b4 hand. Been to better places .

Meh. Definitely not worth $50. Ive spent less and gotten better service. My feet are still rough and when I run my fingers through my hair, my nails catch it. 2 of my nails look as if they’ve grown out for 2 weeks already. It hasn’t even been 4 hours since I left the place. I will not be returning nor will I recommend anyone to them.

Showed up on a late Tuesday afternoon, not busy and didn’t have to wait. I got the spa pedicure for $15 and added an extra callus remover for $5. Tai was great! I needed a lot of extra attention on these feet and she didn’t hesitate! Even put some neosporin on my bug bites, how sweet!

I have been going here for about 4 1/2 years almost 5. To get my eyebrows done. Young eyebrow lady messed up my eyebrows, pretty badly, due to her being lazy, and has made the comment several times. “It was too much work. A lot of work.” Basically complaining to a loyal, and year round costumer. Last time, I got my brows done, she then again complained. “Too much work.” And did a very poor job, due to her lazyness. She has been doing my eyebrows for 4 and a half years, and is well aware of how I like them done. When I asked her to fix it, she became aggressive, rude, uncooperative, and rough. When she began to aggressively try to fix my brows. (She made me stand up in the front of the store and began to make me feel extremely uncomfortable.) She proceeded to try to argue that they were done well. And didn’t even try to fix it. She then told me to “Go ahead and go somewhere.” I’ve been going here for years. It is extremely disrespectful. That the OWNER, can be become so RUDE, ARGUMENTATIVE, and ROUGH. With a costumer who has brought their business to you, for years on end. I would have asked for a refund. But she became extremely RUDE and AGRUMENTATIVE. I know she wouldn’t have given me my refund after knowlying ruining my eyebrows. Would never recommend this bussiness to anyone else.
