Critical: ProfessionalismI went to Diana’s to get box braids. For starters, she braids TOO TIGHT, for no reason!! 2 weeks after,a row of braids already comes out. I contact Diana and told her about my hair just for her not to care and try to fix the situation in anyway.She just ignored me which is very unprofessional. And shows she does not care about client satisfaction.Initially, I loved my hair and the braids were nice and neat. This is by far THE WORST experience I have ever had at an African hair braiding salon. The customer service is HORRIBLE!! I made an appointment for 12:00, I waited 1 and a half hours and finally decided to just not even get my hair done! I said to the lady multiple times when are you going to start my hair and she kept saying her sister was on her way. The lady never even showed up!! The people never greeted me, they never even acknowledged that I had an appointment at 12:00, nor did they apologize for the inconvenience. The women here are rude and Very UNPROFESSIONAL!! I would NEVER in my life recommend this place to anyone I know EVER!! if I could give 0 stars I would!

I brought my daughter this past weekend to get the lemonade braids she is 11 years old they charged me $160.00 after talking to other people who also get there hair done there tell me that she over charged me and that she seen them charge another person for the same style 100.00 so I text her after she told me that and asked how much do you charge a 10 year old for regular size lemonade braids and she said 120.00 so why did she charge me 160.00 I think that was wrong and never again
