I went there to remove my acrylics nails, I thought they will use any chemicals exactly for nails remover. But they use the same acrylic nail to pulled up. it was hurting a lot. I was in pain and the girl notice that but she keep doing it. And they charged me $15 for it. And it wasn’t even finish because I leave, I couldn’t with the pain.

At first it was a perfect experience and everything looked great. They got me in right away and did a great job on my pedicure. My gel manicure looked very professional. I never would have guessed that my gel nail polish would start to lift after 5 days though. Pretty disappointing and probably will only go back for pedicures

I’ve been here a few times and I’ve enjoyed each time. I definitely suggest trying to come during less busy hours because the service is definitely better when the technicians can take their time. There are a lot of colors to chose from and my nails come out looking great.

Easily one of the worst nail experiences I’ve ever had. I stopped in for a last minute pedicure and I wish I had waited it out for an appointment at my normal salon. Firstly, this place is not very clean, nor were the technicians very friendly. I was in there for all of 15 min and they didn’t provide the listed services offered with the spa pedicure. My polish chipped a week or so after, so it wasn’t even worth it. Highly suggest going elsewhere

My friend and I both had the worst gel manicure and pedicure. 6 nails popped off the next day. They also charged me for the highest deluxe when I asked for spa. And my heels were DRY when I left. They upcharge you and it is not worth half the price they charge you. Never going back.

THEY DESTROYED MY NAILS. I went in for a nail removal and she ripped off my acrylic nails. I asked her multiple times to please just drill them down and soak them off but she continued to rip them off. I told her multiple times that I was in pain and she didn’t care. I’m wearing bandaids on my fingers until they heal. DO NOT GO HERE.

This has been my neighborhood go-to nail spa for quite some time. The staff are professional, kind, talented, and attentive. Twi and Bea have done mani/pedis for me and both are wonderful, as are other staff who have stepped in as needed. I get the gel pedi and now like the dip mani. I notice they know many folks who come in, so they have many regulars, which says a lot. I find their prices very fair.
