I was late to my appt but let them know hours in advance. Once I arrived everyone was super nice. Overall the experience felt very rushed and the quality wasn’t great. Most of the lashes fell the next day. The tech didn’t really make me feel very comfortable, didn’t offer a blanket and rushed me out when I was done.

I had a horrible experience at this place, I started with the Groupon special, which I thought was a good deal, I called the lash studio to ask a few questions, the lady on the phone advise me not to buy it on line and that she will honor the special, great I was excited BUT, when she finished my lashes, they were horrible you could actually count the lashes. i called and complaint about my lashes the lady told me to come and she back to fix my lashes, this time around i wasted time and gas to go to fort lee for nothing, horrible job DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME, AND BE MINDFUL THEY ADD GRATUITY AND YOU MUST TIP!!!!! $62 + 15% + TIP =stay away!!!!!! I loved my lashes each time I got them done. However, I was really turned off by their tip policy. I would always give more than the requirement for my lash tech but I think this policy is very tacky. I shouldn’t be obligated to leave a tip before receiving the service. I’ve never seen this before happen in a business. To receive a tip is not a requirement, it is definitely a perk and a great way to show the technician your appreciation for their service. I also do not like that I do not receive any education on caring for my lashes. I think they should absolutely reconsider this policy or this will be an issue for many. Just my opinion

Luckily, I haven’t experienced other people’s issues so far at Diana lash studio. The price is very reasonable, to me it’s a great deal.. and my lashes turn out nicely all the time. They are very professional and staff are very nice and friendly. I don’t think I will go to another lash place but this one as long as live around here. The tip policy doesn’t bother me since I’d give same amount for the service anyways.

I really liked this place before. The price was reasonable and the lashes were beautiful. But I went recently for a full set and the price has increased to $82 for a full mink set- 80 pcs. Also they always used to take debit/credit card- but the receptionist forced me to use her ATM in order to pay her cash- so they avoid paying fees- and the fees falls onto the customer- not okay! I even told her I was not comfortable with this as my bank charges me to use non affiliated atm- but she just kept insisting. Fine.. Now my lash appointment is done and I realize I dont have any lashes applied in the inner corner area, the lashes started from the middle of eye to the end.. (looks weird and unfinished) I asked the tech to please correct this before i left, she stuck some on real fast, didnt dry me and sent me out with my eyes burning. This was after i tipped her well. But lastly, cherry on top was that these $100 lashes are suppose to be individual lashes, but when they started to fall off within the week, yes, (two weeks later they are all gone) I did see that they also gave me cluster lashes- this is not okay! I will NOT be returning here, they smile in your face and are always nice but the service and quality has declined while the price continues to increase. Go elsewhere..

Great pricing and various package options for your need. The consultant of the service was very very pleasant and they suggested hybrid designs to meet my preference for all occasions. Clean friendly environment and skilled staffs. After the work done, I don’t feel any comfort on my eyes at all. Definitely recommend this place.

For a shoot, I needed to get my lashes done. I checked out a lot of places in the area and found Diana Lash Studio to be one of the best. The technician did a flawless full application. I made sure to come in with a look in mind and was surprised at how well my lashes came out. I recommend not wearing any eye makeup, especially mascara before your session. I’ve got my lashes done plenty of times throughout the years, but it was my first time coming here. The staff were very prompt & friendly! I absolutely love how my lashes came out!! Highly recommend 🙂
