Honestly I’m so sad because i love this place but the younger girl messed up my eyebrows so bad they’re completely different shapes at the top, look like they go inward and way thinner than when i walked in, i tried to tell her that i didn’t like them thin i told her i wanted them thick, that’s usually what i tell the other lady. She kinda disregarded what I said and was like okok yea a clean up. Also she was super rough. My eyebrows take so long to grow back so i’m not happy with them at all.

Shay is absolutely the best. I drive over 40 minutes to get my ombre brows done bi-weekly. She is so throughral, kind and goes beyond to make you satisfied. I forgot to come to my scheduled appointment last Thursday prior to me leaving town for a wedding. Once I realized I forgot I said , ” oh well. I just have to make do. ” Nooooo. I received a call call from Shay reminding me . Not only did my browser come out FANTASTIC as usual, but she waited for me 30 minutes passed closing. How special is that? I would recommend (Shay) @ Diamond Threading for your full service needs. She is AWESOME!!!!!!
