I was a regular customer. The lady has been always nice and progressional. However, I had a massage appointment last month with her. I showed up and texted her a couple times to let her know I was there! But she never showed up nor she did send me a message or cancellation? She literally just left a customer with an appointment waiting outside the door and not responding to the messages? This is very disturbing and very unprofessional. I made this comment because she never reached out to me to apologize, and I’m afraid that’s gonna happen to others. Good luck!

Such a good experience! Jacqueline is so friendly and inviting, the smell and music relaxed me almost to sleep! She gave me a full body massage and i felt amazing after. ive gotten massages before and they never rubbed the elbows, knees and jaw line… surprisingly amazing spots. I really was surprised that for such a small sweet woman she has given me the deepest tissue massage I’ve ever gotten! lol I would and have recommended her to friends and family!

I seriously love the deep tissue massages I get from Jackie and my last one was one of the best! She’s very intuitive in her work and within minutes can pinpoint which muscles need to be manipulated to give me optimal pain relief. I can’t say enough good things. I was in a car accident years ago and continue to struggle with muscle spasms in my neck, back and glutes. It can get so bad that I cannot walk or move my neck. I’ve even had torticollis a couple of years ago and she helped me with that! A massage with Jackie is worth every penny and I love that she offers specials packages throughout the year. I highly recommend her services.
