I was a bit nervous, but she put me at ease as she was very friendly & helpful from the moment I stepped foot inside. Pamela listened to my needs and wants we browsed the Internet together for ideas, she also had suggestions which I appreciated since it had been more than 10 years since I last had my hair colored.
