I went to this salon for the first time yesterday to try it out, and the paint is already lifting off my nail the next day. Water was able to get under the paint and is now trapped under my nail. I’ve been going here for awhile, they usually get all my inspiration nails right! If you go to the girls that do it superb!’ I will agree with some reviews they can get a little spicy with the tones. Or try and brush you off to the not so experienced tech! I would say they are pricy and charge for everything…. I just did my nails on Saturday evening and one of my nail broke because the acrylic was so thin. Came back to get that one nail fixed and one of my toe nail polish got messed up. They charged me $5 for that one nail in the space of 2 days when I explained to them that the acrylic was too thin. They told me it wasn’t their fault and I have to pay for it. Charged me $3 for one for nail. Plus they had me sitting there for almost 2 hours to fix one nail and 3 different people doing one nail. Only because I wasn’t paying for a fresh set they treated me this way. And on top of that had a very nasty attitude. They robbed me of $8. In the space of 2 days of getting my nails done I have never been at a nail salon where they charge you based on 2 days. Plus you’re supposed to be satisfied as a customer and want to come back. I would never go back to this nail salon and I won’t recommend them to anyone. Poor service and too expensive for an average job.

The 5 stars are for how great of a job Elaine does on my feet and my manicure. I’ve been going there for like 16 years. They just need a better system to keep track of their customers as I go very early in the morning and although I am always first there is sometimes confusion amongst the others.

They treated me horribly, the nail tech Gave me a half fast pedicure and proceeded to do my gel manicure which she miscut and miss shaped every single nail, cut me several times with the cuticle remover…. and the other staffers didn’t even say anything when I said something.
