Best nail experience I’ve had before! Will continue going back to Diamond Nails. I had Mimi and she was great and excited to do a design I showed her on Pinterest. No one batted an eye that I wanted something that would take a little more time. Environment was great, purple painted walls with quotes and lots of art.

The lady was polite and sweet while I was there. I asked for the Gold Spa pedicure to eliminate calluses. She didn’t use a stone like I expected, she used a machine that really hurt me. I let it go and thanked her when she was done. I paid $65, which is crazy but whatever, and included a tip.

it seemed very rushed, the nail tech did a horrrible job. my nails look like it’s been 2 weeks since ive had them done and i got them done yesterday. she didn’t paint half of my nails not only that they are somewhat crooked, and i know for sure i’m going to get a ingrown toenail. the paint is smudge and see thru. i also overheard the nail tech talking about my feet saying they’re weird and other things i couldnt really understand. i was so unhappy with them i literally cried my eyes out. i not going to come back.

Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueMy mother and I went a few days ago (believe tuesday), my mother’s were wide and the pattern was backwards, while mine were the wrong color(I choose a light pink earlier and she gave me a dark purple/pink) not to mention crooked and bumpy, they rushed our nails. I had to fix mine at home. As for cleanliness, most places take time to clean their tools/shop, they simply wiped them off and went along and only dusted the tables not wiped them down afterwards. While waiting I counted more than 20 little bugs on the couches and floor(not including the ones stuck to the banners in the windows). My mother and I went a few days ago (believe tuesday), my mother’s were wide and the pattern was backwards, while mine were the wrong color(I choose a light pink earlier and she gave me a dark purple/pink) not to mention crooked and bumpy, they rushed our nails. Me and a friend came here the day after Thanksgiving and I got a fill. Very disappointed. It was very rushed, and very sloppy. During the fill the tech put acrylic on the by the cuticle (like usual) and only went, maybe, half way up the nail, so the tips are extremely thin. I have already had 2 nails that broke, the first nail broke on Sunday, 2 days after getting them done. Paid $50 for a fill. The snowflake that was drawn was done beautifully, but doesn’t make up for 2 broken nails. Would not personally recommend
