I asked if they could do the design i wanted (a xmas tree and ornaments) before i sat down. She said yes. When it came time to do the design she couldnt do it. I came in for a pink and white powder full set. I wanted my nails soaked off instead Jenny just drilled them down and kept my old tips. The nails were $43 plus I tipped. When I got home I realized that she did not drill where my cuticles meet the acrylic powder and almost all the nails are snagging my hair and other objects. I should have noticed and told her but it’s been a while since I got my nails done. Nonetheless professional artists should know to drill around the cuticle.

I get a fiberglass full set from Jenny. She’s great! Super nice and does an awesome job every time.. my nails are always perfectly painted and smooth with a lovely coffin shape. Prices are reasonable and shop is clean and cozy.

Horrible horrible customer service. I go to the hair salon next door for haircuts and everytime I am there I walk over and ask them if they can do a pedicure. They always tell me no but there’s not one customer in the store. On May 14th I walked in and asked for a pedicure and they told me that they could not do it but there were no customers. On June 9th I walked in and asked if I could get a pedicure and they told me the same thing that they were unable to do it but there was not one customer in the store at the time. So I made an appointment for June 18th at 11 a.m.. today I walk in and say I’m here for my appointment and they look at me and say oh we canceled your appointment because you never confirmed it. I never received any kind of call email or text message from them letting me know that the appointment was canceled. Extremely poor customer service and poor communication. Especially since every time I go there there is never a customer in the store yet they turn you away. I do not recommend this place they are not friendly they are not communicative and they are definitely unprofessional

This place is AWESOME! My teenage daughter had her natural nails treated with the gel powder process then painted with gel polish followed by Halo powder. WOW, they turned out gorgeous! I also had the 40 dollar pedicure, the products, service and kindness were worth every penny. We will be going back. 🙂

Treated my grandpa with dignity and respect. Was very kind even though they were tasked with performing nothing short of a miracle. The pricing was fair considering the length of time and compassion it required. The shop is clean, the location had a lot of parking, it was a little tricky to find because it is not a street facing unit, but it does have a handicapped accessible ramp and parking spaces.
