Critical: Quality, ValueQuality of pedicure was very poor to say the least. Had to ask technician to clean up nail polish around nail twice. She acted perturbed because I asked. Pedicure only lasted a few days. Polish started to chip 2nd to 3rd day. Paid for 10 min leg massage that lasted 2 minutes. Will not be going back. Critical: QualityMy daughter and I received gel pedicures. My daughter’s gel only stayed on less than a week. My toes weren’t properly shaped but there wasn’t much I could do about it as he cut them short. I also paid for a package that included a massage and it wasn’t provided. My daughter and I received gel pedicures. My daughter’s gel only stayed on less than a week. My toes weren’t properly shaped but there wasn’t much I could do about it as he cut them short. I also paid for a package that included a massage and it wasn’t provided. I have been going to this shop for a few years but will not be returning. The quality of service was poor.

Critical: Professionalism, QualityI got my nails removed and it was the most painful experience. The lady didn’t listen to what I asked for and treated my hands as if I had no feeling. She tore to of my nails down to the meat. Terrible terrible service. I also asked for the number 1 pedicure and she gave me the number two which has a $10 difference that I didn’t want. They aren’t following COVID rules either. No one checked my temperature or had me wash my hands before service. SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN!!
