Critical: QualityI got dip nails done here and the quality is terrible! First, I asked her to cut my nails shorter and she cut my nails to various uneven lengths. Then she made my nails wayyyy too square – I even asked her to make them less square but she barely filed them. Then she did the final coat wrong because i left and noticed a smear on the top so I had to go back. And to top it off, ONE DAY later they cracked!!! This was supposed to last me weeks a not a day! Never coming back here again. Now i need to spend time and money getting these redone. My dip nails from Top Nails in Cedar Hill lasted me 5 weeks. I got dip nails done here and the quality is terrible! First, I asked her to cut my nails shorter and she cut my nails to various uneven lengths. Then she made my nails wayyyy too square – I even asked her to make them less square but she barely filed them. The people were very pleasant. Anx did an ok pedi, My only disappointment was that the pedicure I was here for was extremely rushed. Start to finish was barely 20 min. Considering i ordered the deluxe that was supposed to include scrub and hot stone massage. Massage was barely 30 seconds per leg. i may return for next one, but unsure at this time. I will say this is the first time here, as I am not a regular, it may have had some affect on the service.

I received service, getting a full set and less than a week one of my nail pop off. I notice i had fungus underneath, Removing all the nails I notice most of them had fungus underneath. I provided a picture below. My first time going and my last time. I’m so disappointed .

I’ve gone to Diamond Nails twice. The first time I went I got a pedicure, (not sure of the lady’s name) she was very gentle and did a good job on my gel pedicure. She took her time but also did not take to long! The second time I went I got a full set acrylics, French tip. It was only 35$ and the guy that did my nails did a GREAT job. His name was Kevin.. He was very nice and had good customer service. Offered me drinks! He asked me throughout my service, if I liked everything. I’m so used to leaving nail salons with crooked nails, different shaped or not all even. This was not the case here! I love my mani and pedi, they were perfect!! It was a great experience both times. All employees, especially the owner, make you feel SO welcomed. Thank you!!
