I have had great experiences here for the past few years but I was very disappointed after my most recent visit. I felt that my technician wasn’t paying much attention to detail and that was confirmed after my nails were finished. I don’t feel my nails are clean around the edges or uniform with each other. I had a 35 minute wait. It appears they’re understaffed. Someone came in later, who did not have an appointment and got seen pretty quickly. So, I guess it just depends on what time you come in. They are also $10 more than other places around town. If you’re willing to pay a little more, they do a very good job.

I know exactly who I am when I walk through the door and they know exactly how to do my nails. I have a job where I’m constantly using my hands for a long days like 12-hour days and they know how to do my nails in such a way that they do not break ever. I find this amazing. They are very talented over there. I would go nowhere else. Once you have established a relationship with one of the technicians they will always come find you. I find that they are kind and wonderful to be around and that is one of the most peaceful times of my day. I get a dip nail and that can last for six or seven weeks, which is unreal. They are utterly amazing.

After waiting patiently for a long time my pedicure was rushed through looks like my 10 year old did it…. The woman who was doing my manicure she was on the phone the entire time… when I was telling her what I wanted she would agree and not do what I asked.. I got a dip with my real nails and they are short but this is not my first time getting a dip at this place with short nails… I didn’t care how short they were I just wanted them even. I understand that everyone has loved ones and wants to check up on them but I’m also a paying customer / a loyal customer who’s been coming here since 2016… being on the phone the entire time while doing my manicure then getting mad at me as to why I’m not happy with the results… my nails are uneven, crooked and lumpy .. The whole purpose of me coming today was to release some stress with self-care and I literally walked out of there in tears.. NEVER GOING BACK…

I can’t say enough good things about this nail salon. Tina is by far the most kind and caring owner I have met in the nail salon industry. She ensures her clients are happy before they leave. She listens and will adjust anything that’s not to your liking. Tina does an AMAZING ombré as well!
