Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, QualityI really wanted to say good things about this place but I don’t think it’s fair that I paid for a powder fill and pedicure (which I was convinced to get by nail artist) and walked away with an infection that developed right after. My cuticles were cut and I believe that’s how my toes got infected with bacteria. I question the sanitation of their foot baths, she took the plastic out because somehow it was malfunctioning (water was all over the floor) and was signaling me to stick my bare feet in the naked basin (without the plastic wrap). I was disgusted so I hovered my feet over it while she rinsed. I found that very unprofessional and unsanitary. The polish job was okay. The woman was very nice and conversational however. Again, I really wish I could leave a good reviews because of her friendliness but now I’m left to deal with a painful, swollen toe, so I’m not a happy camper right now. I didn’t mention the half hour wait time with no explanation (found out later that only a few staff were skilled in powder/gel fills). I would suggest finding another place that’s a bit more sanitary with less wait time. I really wanted to say good things about this place but I don’t think it’s fair that I paid for a powder fill and pedicure (which I was convinced to get by nail artist) and walked away with an infection that developed right after.
