I got acrylics and i was very concerned of damaging my natural nails but he explained to me every step and how he would ensure that my nails would be okay. His attention to detail is spot on. Wow. Disappointed in this place. I went here today at 2pm and I’m not sure who this worker was but I know that she was wearing a white t-shirt, black apron, black mask, and her hair was up. She was just plain rude! I asked for regular black and white nails with paw prints. She kept pressuring me into gel nails and when I said no then she said she could do the design. I know for a fact that when I came here (before the management changed) that I did black and white paw prints on regular nails and it was fine. I was pretty upset but then I said it’s fine and if I could just have a literal DOT on each nail so it wasn’t so plain. She said she couldn’t put a dot and proceeded to put on the final top coat while almost pouring it on to my nails and not even painting it on. When I went to dry my nails she turned the fan of with attitude and left. Believe me…don’t go here.

If I could put zero stars I would, I came in today 12/2 to get a pedicure and I get this lady who does a poorly job. First kept insisting that it’s gel that I end up getting it just so she would stop asking me. She then cuts my toe that I can’t walk that much on it cause it hurts after I told her three times she was cutting me. I paid $45 for a poor job pedicure and let me know begin on the foot massage she gave, because there was one every-time i come here it’s like a hit or miss for me there’s new workers every time I come. Then the lady gets mad for me not tipping her, I mean atleast be happy I paid for the service.
