Very unprofessional business the lady called me names in another language also made my nails look a mess one of my fingers are pointing the opposite way because it’s so crooked. I even talked to the owner about it they said I was being difficult. They said if I wanted them fixed I have to pay for the nails they already did terribly and if they redid the nails. I will not be going back ever and you shouldn’t go!!

First time visiting this shop. I had a pleasant experience. A gentleman did my pedicure with a sugar scrub and paraffin wax. The price was higher than I expected, but the workmanship was on par with the quality I received. He had a steady hand for my French tips and he was very attentive to detail. I’m glad I didn’t read the reviews prior to visiting.

They are rude and they will try and cheat u! Just received a full set 1.5 weeks ago they tried to charge me for extra length. And when I caught it they tried to tell me thats the policy. Also not sanitary had to tell them to clean the pedicure drain b4 I put my feet in, the board of health needs to look into this salon. Make a pop up visit. Guarantee they will shut down.

I wish I had read the reviews before I went in today. Tina is very unprofessional and unfriendly. I had a hot stone scrub, which was suppose to be relaxing, let me say this my legs were cut up from this lady scrubbing so hard. This is my first and last visit. They need to be properly trained if they are offering a service such as a hot stone.

I had the worst experience at this nail salon. Service was poor, the verbal communication was disrespectful and inappropriate. I initially loved the salon however post pandemic the service has declined significantly. I work too hard for my money to be treated this way. I will never patronize this business again.

Their work is of very poor quality. One of my $67 s-n-s nails broke within 4 days. The repair was $7. Then one of the other nails popped off like it was a press on nail. Save your time and money.

Awful! I’m very particular about nails. Explained what I wanted and made an appt. After coming back waited 30 mins to sit down and told couldn’t do a overlay. Everybody does not like tips ons nails. Tried to give them a chance since this shop is in the area. However, I will continue to travel 30mins to my OG nail tech!!! If you have particular needs this is NOT the shop!

I didn’t read the reins before I went in and I’m glad i didn’t. I didn’t have a bad experience. They were busy but the nail tech didn’t rush and was attentive to any imperfections that she saw. I got a spa pedicure and a gel manicure. From my wait until the finish of my services were about 1.5hr. Typical of a nail salon.
