I have been to Diamond Nails before and always enjoyed my experience. But today was my first time having V (not sure of the spelling) do my nails. She is new to the salon and seems to be a great addition! She took great care with my nails and made sure I was happy through each step of the process. They came out looking beautiful! She was very sweet and pleasant to talk to. I will definitely make an appointment with her in the future!

My 2 friends and I went last weekend for pedicures and the one I got definitely was not worth the $80 I was charged. The girl that did mine, I think her named started with a C or something was more into the conversation with the person doing someone else’s pedicure than me. Her “massage” barely even was a leg rub and a step was even skipped (oh but she gave me the lotion pack plus the “free gift lotion pack”). I even told her she could press harder. I understand pricing goes up but the service wasn’t even worth paying $40. The more I think about it the more upset I am, especially since one of my friends got the same level pedicure and was so impressed, she even said it was the best one she had ever had….I definitely didn’t get that.

There were people who appeared to be enjoying their experience. That wasn’t mine. I believe it depends on what nail tech you get. I got a young man- who came straight over with no hello, what services would you like or anything. He wasn’t personable at all. When I told him I wasn’t happy with what he was doing- or I’d like options such as pedicure services- he treated it as he didn’t hear me. I was not satisfied. The manager appeared to be more concerned with the 40.00 for the pedicure than with a happy first time customer. I didn’t even finish the pedicure.

I have never left a bad review but felt compelled to report that my gel manicure peeled off within days of receiving them. When I returned from my travels and reported this to the salon, they said they were unwilling to reapply any polish since it was over 3 days since I received the service. They said my nails must be oily and there was nothing they could do for that. I paid well over $100 for a manicure/pedicure and in all my years of receiving gel manicures never had this experience. Disappointing for sure.

The employees were super friendly with conversation and the over all service was great. My friend and I went to this place for manis and pedis. We both got the same thing. Later, I found out I was charged $20 more dollars than she was at the salon. We both got gel nails and pedicures. Her price was $87 and mine was $107, which is extremely expensive in the first place. But be careful when you get the bill and maybe have them break down the prices before you’re charged.

It honestly pains me to make this review….but I have been left with no choice. While diamond nails does excellent work, I was charged twice for a gel manicure the last time I went. When the tech checked me out on the first terminal, it was showing my card went through but she claimed there was an error on her end. So we moved to the second terminal. It went through and I left. That night I checked my bank statement and lo and behold I was charged twice. I went to the salon the next day which happened to be a Saturday and showed them. They told me to come back when it didn’t say “pending” on my bank account. I did. After some back and forth, I did not leave with a refund from being charged twice. They claim that they only charged me one time…however when she checked, she only checked the one terminal that my card “went through” on…..not the first terminal. So now, I will be letting the bank handle it and unfortunately have to find a new salon. They obviously needed that change more than I did. Happy holidays.

The customer service I received was subpar at best. I requested a gel mani and regular pedi and a mani pedi for my daughter. The lady who took us back for pedicure asked what I wanted, I explained gel mani and pedi with designs. I showed her designs and she said she could not do them but would find someone who could. A man comes over and touches my feet and does not greet me at all. I say hello, how are you? He does not respond. The lady doing my daughters pedicure next to him taps him and he says hello. That was the extent of him speaking during the pedicure. Most of the communication consisted of him tapping my leg or pointing. When it was time to paint my toes i reminded him that I would like designs and he says h doesnt do designs. So I asked if there was someone who could. He speaks to another technician and says she will do it after he does my nails. We move to nail table and he doesnt do manicure, he just does gel polish and the shaping, file, etc.
