Terrible experience, but honestly on par with what I expect from a nail salon like this. I got a pedicure which was just ok, and also asked for a gel mani. I was informed by the man doing my nails that I didn’t need a manicure (ie they had people waiting and he wanted to get done with me quicker). He buzzed my old gel all the way off, no soak off. I have never had anyone do that before, I’m sure it further damaged my nails and it hurt. He filed ALL of my nail growth off without asking, left my nail edges sharp and jagged, did not push my cuticles back and then proceeded to get gel polish on half of them. First time in my life I haven’t left a tip.

I was sat immediately without an appointment which is rare. Tom did a wonderful job on my nails and exactly what I wanted! It was also less expensive than almost every other salon I’ve been to. HORRIBLE. THE MANAGER APRIL HAS SET APPOINTMENTS AND CANCELED BECAUSE SHE JUST “DOESNT feel like doing her JOB. I have recorded phone call of her saying this and the better business bureaus was contacted. There currently opening an investigation into certification as well. Due to the fact as well that April’s running a lash studio that hasn’t been licensed since 2014. I had lashes put in and actual lash technicians had to work over an hour trying to remove each Individual due to the fact they were overly glued in and crooked. I almost had eye damage over it. And don’t even get me started on there make mail technician they don’t push back your cuticle and use a gel that is now banned here. Please I swear I’m not just posting this. This place is really bad and shady stuff is happening behind the scenes.

April is very rude! She even said “you Americans never listen” She is very inattentive with questions, rude, and unprofessional! She is very pushy with her suggestions, and does not listen to your request even though it is your money. Her husband is even more unprofessional then her. Speaking of things like politics, women’s rights, and other offensive loud conversation. Just very unprofessional, unwelcoming, and obnoxious. Will not be back

They charge different people different prices have watched it happen multiple times. They have given full sets to certain customers for 40$ and others 50$ for the same nail design. There trash don’t go here! Manicure

It was terrible I asked for a Design instead of saying no they glued and bead with string lasted 2 days and charged me 60.00 it looked awful it was a man that did it the whole pedicure was terrible never again Pedicure
