Everyone does great work and really listens to what I want and like. Justin did these nails for me and he is so detail oriented and will do a design with just me giving him a theme I like or will come up with one on a day I don’t feel like thinking of anything! I have been coming to this shop for over a year now and I have never been disappointed! Everyone does great work and really listens to what I want and like. Justin did these nails for me and he is so detail oriented and will do a design with just me giving him a theme I like or will come up with one on a day I don’t feel like thinking of anything! My nail salon experiences aren’t always a 10/10 but when it comes to diamond nails they really never fail. Katie really out did herself on my nails today, i’m in love. I’ve been supporting this business since I’ve moved to NJ for 4 years since my friend recommended me to them for prom. They do a really nice job but when I asked to get this set done it was very unprofessional… one of the employees didn’t want to do the designs that I was asking & paying for. She huffed & laid back in her chair like I was asking for too much, if you’re a nail artist aren’t you able to satisfy your customer? I was highly confused and won’t be coming back!

Critical: QualityI have gone to this salon 4 times, and I have had 1 good experience. The first time I got a full set of acrylic nails with gel polish, 2 days later all of the polish had come off. I had returned to tell them, and they fixed my nails free of charge. The nails lasted, and I returned for a refill 2 weeks later. I had a new girl who did an amazing job, a little pricey, but I don’t mind paying if I appreciate the service. My fourth time attending was a refill. Charged me $55 for my refill and it took over 2 hours. I have no problem paying extra for quality, but this was less than acceptable. 3 of my nails are bumpy. 2 have chipped. Tried a new nail salon(Diamond Nails and Spa) and even though I’ve never written a bad review before, I am doing it because I wish someone told me. I went and the nails were okay, but after 3 weeks they started getting loose but were not coming off, which was weird. When I finally did them get off, they ripped over half of my own nails off which made my fingers hurt and bleed. They used too much nail glue and a month later I am still trying to grow out my nails.

I absolutely love every appointment I attend and service provided. I book exclusively with Van and she always delivers and I leave happy. I love how she and Justin both make me feel like I’m not just a dollar sign. When I walk in, I’m spoken to by my name and my whole experience while there makes me feel appreciated as a customer. I’ve never been to a nail spa where they take the time to remember who you are as a returning customer.
