My daughter’s tech was wonderful with her but mine, Jen, was not friendly in the least, while basically ignoring me the first 10-15 minutes as she texted on her phone. She barely prepped my nails beforehand, didn’t bring the polish or dip up close to my cuticles, scolded me several times for “not relaxing” my hands enough, then charged me more than the webpage stated! She only worked on my nails a maximum of 30 minutes. The new growth looked so weird within 5 days, that I added another layer of polish. I have only had manicures a few other times and wanted this to be an enjoyable experience with my daughter or else I might have complained at the time.

Not worth it- Made an appointment with Kay and she wasn’t there when I showed up. 2 different people worked on my nails and I had to sit and wait in the middle of my manicure for about 10 minutes. Then had to ask to use my deposit when I paid even though the gentleman yelled at me for not using my deposit previously when I called to make the appointment. It was chaotic and not worth the hassle

Positive: ProfessionalismTheyre appointment only, but I walked in and was seen immediately. Guess I caught them at the right time. Everyone their does good nails! I mean good!!! So you don’t have to have a preference if you don’t know any of the nail techs yet. I had got my nails done in Windsor a week or so prior to visiting them and was not happy! Honey, when I went into Diamond nails- they transformed the botched job the other salon did. Redid my overlay, and reshaped me. Everything looked so good I even had them repaint my toes. This place is honestly really good. My nails never break, polish never chips and all the techs do such a great job! I get my nails done long so obviously the price is expected to be high and then designs costs extra but overall I seriously could not have found a better nail shop where everyone actually does your nails how you want them to. It’s also very easy to book appointments with them!

The absolute most disgusting, unprofessional salon in CT!! My sister and I went in for a gel manicure after our cousin recommended the salon. My sister went first as I watched and the lady proceeded to very aggressively prep her hands, cutting both her thumb cuticles pretty deep. We understand accidents happen so they continued on.

The color came out beautiful and she made my nails thin just the way I like them. I’m very pleased with how talented she was. Thank you for my nails!
