When I asked for a full set of gel nails I did not expect to get a simple manicure with a gel over lay as in the first picture. The first time I went the lady seemed kind of annoyed & was rough on my nails, she cut me twice, I decided to give this shop a second try & Sam did my refill, he was super patient, gentle, polite & my nails were to die for!! I went in the 4th of September to get a pedicure he said 50 for acrylic on my toes + the pedicure it’s 25$ I said yes I loved the out come but that same day one of my toe nails came off today wensday sept 7 all of them have officially came off my acrylic toes usually last me 2 weeks at most 3 I am really I am really disappointed with my experience and service here 75$ to the trash:(

Nice & clean, had my nails done & very little waiting time 15min was all! Don’t seem to want to talk about anything, I tried to make small talk & nothing. The younger man talks but older man, well nothing? I do love my nails, $50 BUCKS FOR A NEW SET, HE COULDNT save the nails from 3 weeks before? Here is a photo 3 days later. This was a last minute decision to go here, because my nail lady didnt keep my apt, so I was kind of upset, hoping that they would be able to do my nails as close to my vision, but they did! Well the guy named Sam did. He took very good care of me. I asked him to even out my nails since a previous manicurist (different salon) had a couple of them a lil sideways, and smoothed them out (so I don’t scratch my toddler). he did all my needs without hesitation! I loved my nails, they came out great that even another girl wanted hers just like mine! Definitely coming back

My mom and I went today. My mom got a pedicure and gel polish; I got a gel manicure. For the pedicure my mom didn’t get the service of the hot towel which was included in the package/service she asked for. When we got home, we realized that one of her nails was not painted correctly. My gel manicure was good but the lady that did my nails also painted my finger.

Came in for a pedicure with my mom and there was barely any people here which was good but the service they gave was as if they had it packed. It seemed like they were making fun of my nails cause the lady that attended me kept calling people over to look at them which I found unprofessional. With my mom’s nails, the lady that attended her was very rough with her and didn’t seem to have patience. Would recommend to go to lovely nail salon by the 99, never coming here again.
