Do not go here. This place is not sanitary. They do not follow the guidelines for health and safety for nail salons. All the polishes are crusted over, they use the incorrect lotion dispensers , the tools are not cleaned properly. And the tables are not clean. They are not very friendly and did not try to be careful with my nails. The lady I had was not very welcoming and did not seem to know what she was doing to get my old SNS off my nails. The polish was flying everywhere and she kept burning me with the electric filer because it was not the correct tip. Went here instead of my regular place because I was in a pinch. I hate being that person but for real not worth your money. The color I chose was a thinner polish and when I asked for her to do one more coat she got upset with me and said I already did 3 coats. But you could still see my natural nail underneath. So I asked again and she finally did it.

This place has gone downhill and it’s unfortunate. I went for an SNS manicure (with tips) and a regular pedicure. They are generally very busy, but in the last few months, they never seem to have enough help. While I am understanding of that, because they are short-staffed they are rushing through services. My nails have frequently been off, but today it was a complete failure. Every nail is shaped differently, I had a simple design request and she assured me it was easy-it doesn’t look like the picture but also the 4 accent nails that should be identical all look different. My nails are also wavy when you look at them from the side. This is the first time I will not be able to go home and simply file them to the correct shape-I’m searching for a different salon now to get them redone tomorrow. My pedicure was ok, one of my toenails was cut very jagged but I was able to correct that at home (I thought it was extra polish that she forget to clean initially). I did not say anything at the salon or ask them to fix anything due to not noticing some of the issues initially but also truly needing to get going because I had other obligations to handle.
