Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityI had the most upsetting experience at this place. I scheduled 2 appointments, but they had to wait 35 minutes to get in the chair. I booked 2 basic Acrylic sets, which were quoted at $35. Each. My girls were bleeding at the cuticle line and when it was time to pay it was $120 dollars. When I asked for an explanation as to why, all the owner said was I don’t know over an over again and just continues to show me the total hand written on a piece of paper.This was by far the worst costumer service and overall service I have ever experienced in a nail salon.We will never return to this place. One of the best pedicures I’ve ever had. Really great price. I called 15 minutes ahead and got right in. Too bad I’m only here for vacation, wish my nail place at home was like this! Pedicure

Worst experience of my life sixty dollars for crooked short stubby nails. Very rude people staff. Legit had my nails put on three times because he kept putting them on side ways. The ugliest nails I’ve ever gotten anywhere this was just yesterday im gonna to take them off $53.00 for this is unbelievable. Had an appt at noon wasnt seen til 12:40 I told the girl doing my nails they were crooked she said I know I fix when file that didn’t happen even after i told her a few times, nails different sizes horrible, I don’t think she has been doing nails long beware just go somewhere else.

The staff is very friendly, but everything took a very long time. They don’t have their prices posted anywhere. We arrived right when they opened, but still waited about 20 min for manicures, they only did 1 person at a time because they only had 2-3 ppl working. My manicure was ok, but they charge alot extra for every little thing and they didn’t really listen to what I wanted so I ended up with something I could have easily done myself at home. We had another appt so we had to leave but scheduled an appt for 2 pedicures 1.5 hours later. We arrive for our 4pm appt and wait 20 min to get into a spa chair, the massage turns off every 20 min, it turned off 2x. The water got cold. We soaked for over an hour. We dried our feet off and put on our shoes, then a technician approached us to start our pedicures, only 1 technician when there was 2 of us soaking for over an hour. We both declined any further services and left. It was pretty disappointing and I will not be returning.

Just wanted my toe nails cut. Went into this hole in the wall and found a different world inside. At least 10 pedicure chairs plus nail stations. No wait and great courteous service for only $11 with tip. I’ll happily recommend them. Don’t be put off by the facade.

I been going here for years. After yesterday I will never step foot in the doors again. I had a appointment at 2 apparently so did many people. They also had one nail tech I did not leave till 4:30. My nails are horrible I wanted to cry when I left. They are not even a shape. My eyebrows are also super bad. They are not very clean.

Paid 189.00 for gel pedi and gel acrylic nails an eyelashes the pedi Massage was horrible she literally just touched my legs and did not do any massage she definitely stole my money on that one . Then my acrylic nails the man in front the shortest one definitely decline . He can’t measure at all all my nails are uneven . And my eyelashes so uneven I was so frustrated I asked him to redo my eyelashes. Then my nails are not fully colored.
