I recently moved to Miami from the Mid Atlantic and I was looking for a new nail home that was nearby with reasonable prices, happy to say I’ve found it! This was my second time going in for a fill at Diamond Nails II and they turned out great, exactly what I asked for. Both times I went were on a weekend, once on a Saturday this time on a Sunday, and each time I was seen very quickly! I couldn’t decide what to do for Halloween but I wanted some sparkle and the nail tech said he had a black with glitter, looks flawless and spooky/witchy. Can’t wait to go back again soon!

My daughter and I been going here for over a year now and I have rarely ever been disappointed by their work. We both get nails and feet and always tip well for their work. Again, I rarely am ever disappointed by their work. I always recommended people because of how great they have always done my nails. Yesterday 9/3 the weekend of Labor Day , nail tech Van refused to do my nails because I didn’t want to pay $200 dollars for an ombré designe. Yes, Two Hundred DOLLARS not including my feet. He also left me with 9 acrylic nails one. He refused to do all 10 because my real nail under the acrylic was broken. He kept making snickering comments to me saying “ if I can’t afford it I should go somewhere else “ and he didn’t want to do a design on my nails incase it’s “ too expensive for me “ also that he doesn’t “ have time for this”. A little background about me , I am a business owner and have been for the past 3 years and do fairly well for myself. But , $200 dollars for nails is absurd especially with the economy being how it currently is. Inflation is impacting all businesses but you do not treat clients like this! Nevertheless, I still paid for my daughters nails and left with 9 acrylic nails on.

I got my nails done and I thought they were nice, however, three nails on my right hand just fell off after two days. I’m very upset. I paid $50 plus tip and they all fell off within a few days. Don’t recommend if u want long lasting nails. Acrylic nails

The customer service I experience today was beyond treacherous. The entire time I received service from Lee, he had stop every 3 minutes to carry on his conversation with his coworkers. It was the most unprofessional experience ever.Basic French Nails that normally take 30 minutes took over 1.5 hours due to his need to carry out his conversation. He then proceeds to apply the design to my nails and upon viewing the nails I wasn’t satisfied. I simply asked if he could extend the French tip along the nail bid to further accentuate the shape. Instead of trying to extend the tip along the nail bid he screamed and yelled at me like a nuisance as if I was rude to him. I never felt so belittled in my life. Note I am pregnant and my emotions are already high, but the fact this grown man would get so rambunctious with a consistent customer over a simple task bewildered me to say the least. He then proceeds to take all of my nails off as if it was necessary then attempts to do the proper design but it was clearly crooked and uneven. Lee knew this and was being arrogant to further make me feel bad all because I wanted to my nails to look nice! This is service industry where women are supposed to leave happy with their nails! If you don’t want to service people then don’t work in the service industry! Find a new career! It’s sad because I’ve given people $50-$100 tips when I come here but when I say this is the last time I’ll support this salon, this is the last! And I’ll be sure my large Instagram following knows how terrible the service was here! I left with unfinished nails, no pedicure, and frantic anxiety! I do not recommend! Come here if you don’t mind 1 star service and open availability because that’s all they really offer

I must say this is the best nail salon I’ve been to in Miami. I’m never disappointed, they know how to shape & design nails…u can literally bring them a picture of any nail design & they will duplicate it to a T! Also before coming to diamond nails 2 I’ve never been to a salon in Miami that every single tech was good, at diamond nails 2 no matter who u get, u can’t go wrong cause they’re all good! Only reason I didn’t give them 5 stars is cause this is also the only salon I’ve been to in Miami that don’t believe in giving foot massages with the pedicures , which is the best part of getting a pedicure! I just feel that for as much as they charge for their pedicures, a foot massage should definitely be included with the pedicure! Other than that, this salon is amazing tho!!!
