Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI am extremely pleased in choosing Diamond Nails And I’ve been going for a while now before I left a review to make sure that anything I said was extremely accurate ‼️ When I look at reviews I wanna make sure that they’re truthful and accurate so I can make a good decision on where I go ‼️ They are extremely Kind, the salon is clean, they’ve always got me in fairly quickly if not immediately, the atmosphere is comfortable and relaxing. If I’ve ever had an issue or a problem I have been able to go back and discuss it with her and she is so kind and compassionate and would fix Anything I address, I don’t like or that doesn’t look good, (which mind you is very rare and she doesn’t make you feel like an inconvenience for saying anything like you’re complaining) I love that I love that kind of relationship with the people that cut my hair or do my nails. I would recommend this place Highly. I am extremely pleased in choosing Diamond Nails And I’ve been going for a while now before I left a review to make sure that anything I said was extremely accurate ‼️ When I look at reviews I wanna make sure that they’re truthful and accurate so I can make a good decision on where I go ‼️ They are extremely Kind, the salon is clean, they’ve always got me in fairly quickly if not immediately, the atmosphere is comfortable and relaxing. I came for vacation Thursday and didn’t have time to get a pedicure beforehand. So I checked Google and found Diamond nails just down the road. They were able to get me in Friday when I called within the hour. MS Lynn was so sweet and personable! She did an exceptional job with my gel pedicure. I messed up one of my nails on Sunday and they repaired it for no charge Monday. I highly recommend Diamond nails and spa.

My goodness! Lynn was heavenly! This was the BEST pedicure I have ever had in my life! Lynn was so gentle and attentive. My pedicure was amazing! I also got my eyebrows waxed. She did such a good job and paid attention to detail. This is my new favorite nail salon in FWB!

The staff was amazing to my daughters and me! Everyone was sweet and helpful, and my kids and I thoroughly enjoyed the experience. They also did fantastic acrylics, manicures, and pedicures for us.

I am traveling from NY and heading back home. I made an appointment for refill. As I walked into the establishment (7 months pregnant) they refused to provide services. Apparently no one in the salon can do french long nails. They only can do color. There was no trying to accommodate or attempt to try refill my nails. I just feel like I walked into the wrong establishment that do not services black people. I am very disgusted. I personally would never recommend.

I was in town for a work visit and did not have time to set up an appointment before I left town. The location was convenient and the reviews were good so decided to give this place a shot. I was greeted as soon as I walked in and was told there was a 15 minute wait, but that they would be happy to give me a pedi. Once they were done with the previous costumer (whom they didn’t rush to finish which I thought was a good sign) they quickly sat me down and asked what kind of pedi I wanted. Surprisingly the pedis were not overpriced, rather in the lower end. Nonetheless the quality of work and service was great. They did a wonderful job, very attentive, and gave a great foot massage. I wish this place was back home.

I wanted to love this place so bad, but my nails are lumpy and different lengths… for $45 I expected them to be near perfect. They aren’t awful from a distance, but they definitely aren’t great. She was very quick which I was impressed with, but now that I get to look at them, they’re quite sloppy.

My husband and I went in to get Pedicures. They did not trim sides of nails nor remove ingrown toe nails with either of us. When he asked her to remove them she said ok and still didn’t do it. Sloppy job on paint. They also did not get the dirt out from under the nails in the corner. Plus they only use a pumice stone on bottom of feet and I am use to a grater. Idk, I am from Georgia, maybe Florida state doesn’t allow them to use graters and remove ingrown nails! Sorry for the ugly pictures but wanted yall to see.

Tuyen is the best (I hope I’m spelling her name correctly!)! She has an Americanized name that she also goes by but we make an effort to use her Vietnamese name. She listens to what you request and it never feels like I’m just another number to get in and get out. My wife and I go as frequently as we can and wait to get back to back appointments with her. Diamond nails and spa is impeccably clean and the tools they use are properly sterilized. The spa smells amazing! It doesn’t smell like chemicals because of how fastidiously clean they are.

I was on vacation and needed my nails done so I went to Diamond Nails. Very nice establishment inside, very well decorated and clean looking. I had an appointment for when they opened so I wouldn’t miss time on the beach but the owners were late for my appointment, not off to a good start. Did a decent job, I’ve had better but the main issue I had was after I got home. I’ve been home a month now from vacation but however had to go to the doctor this past week for a nail infection. Boy did it hurt and I could not get it better medicating it myself so I had to go spend money for a doctor visit plus medication. Ask and make sure their utensils are sterilized and safe for your fingers!
