Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityI will never go back to this salon! Their work is very good but they do not respect your time at all. I made an appointment for 11am for 2 pedicures and 1 full set. I got there at 10:57 and informed them I was there for my appointment. V told me to have a seat in the pedicure chair so I did. There was 3 other walk ins waiting and when Danny and V got done with the clients they had they started working on the walk in. That was very unprofessional in my opinion considering I had an appointment. Anyways I wait because there’s only 3 workers so I get it no big deal. Megan gets done with her client and is going to start the 3rd walk in but the lady said no it’s ok we’re gonna come back another day you guys are busy. Megan then started my pedicure at 12:30!!! I know it’s my fault for staying an hour an a half after my appointment time like I said they’re short staffed so I was being understanding. I even bought all 3 of them Starbucks. V gets done with the set she was doing and moves onto the next walks pedicure in instead of starting my moms pedicure so I was getting a little impatient. They start my moms pedicure at 12:57 and my mom wanted a French manicure with dark pink instead of the natural pink but V said she couldn’t do that unless my mom paid $40 instead of $27 which didn’t make sense to me but my mom said ok. I showed Megan a picture of how I wanted my nails and she gave me a price and started doing my acrylic. It was suppose to be ombré on three fingers but instead she did all clear acrylic so I asked her about it and she said no that she can’t do the ombré but it’s still going to be the same price. They’re still really pretty just not what I asked for. There was other people that also were waiting for over an hour that had appointments also. We finally get done at 3 o’clock! Thats 4 hours after I had my appointment for so I informed them of that asking if they could take at least $10 off and they said no so I paid $150 for 2 basic pedicures and an acrylic full set that wasn’t what we asked for.
