i paid in the 100s for a rushed job. my boyfriend also had a pedicure with another lady who did a great job. mine on the other hand was not so great. my toes are cut up, as well as my polish is sloppy. i asked for the $35 pedicure but got charged for the $45 because “it’s just better.” also the owner suggested i should get my nails filled in. i didn’t even say yes but just went along with it. my nails look worse then they ever have. the nail polish is all over the place and is chipped. i had to ask multiple times only for her to get up and get mad because of something i wanted. the polish on my nails is smeared together and does not look good. make the drive to another salon instead of going there because it’s convenient to the mall. i will not be returning.

I will never come here again. This was one of the worst experiences. I brought my daughter to get her nails done while I did some shopping and I came in after to get mine done as well. I wanted a manicure and to get my nails done with regular polish, and as I told her what I wanted she did what she wanted me to get, not what I wanted. I asked to get a French tip and I got a full white nail. As I told them that’s not what I asked for they tried to convince me to keep it. And I wanted a French tip because that’s what I asked for. And in the end they made me pay for their mistake. I will not be returning.

So I went to get a pedicure. I wanted the $35 pedicure because I just wanted the basic stuff but was told to get the $45 option, and so I did. At the end, they charged me $60 because of the chair. I have never heard of such thing. Like, not even in Germany or in the United Kingdom have I been overcharged for this. I am giving the 2 stars just because the guy who assisted me was really kind and nice. But… I feel like this is too expensive. And then charging $15 for using the chair??? That doesn’t make no sense.

Absolutely horrific experience. While this is a first world problem, I am literally crying over my nails. I spent $80 to have my nails look like they are plastered with asphalt. It was extremely rushed. They are very uneven and the gel is smeared on my skin & wont come off as well as the gel fused to the side of my fingers. I did these for a nice Halloween event & I am absolutely embarrassed as my 8 year old could have done a better job. DO NOT GO HERE.

This was a horrible experience. They did my hands and feet. The pedicure was was horrible. The water wasn’t warm or hot enough. The didnt use any type of callus remover. They didnt use a pumice stone or any type of semi-abrasive tool to help soften the feet. All the did was rub my feet with a sugar scrub rinse it off and polish my toe. Less than three days the polish was peeling and chipping.

Nails look so nice, customer service was pretty good, although the nail tech kept walking away. And for a fill-in, reshape and gel polish, it cost $55. Seems a bit expensive to me, especially since they used used nail files and buffers, and it looked like their nippers hadnt been sanitized since the last customer.

I will NOT be going her again…it’s too expensive for the job they did on my nails. I got the deluxe pedicure (which is $55) and it wasn’t worth it..I got my pedicure 2 days ago and I still have dead, dry skin on my feet…my friend got the package before mine (I forgot what it was called) anyway it cost $45 and they did the exact same thing they did to mine…mine was suppose to have more…so I basically paid $55 for the $45 one…I am so mad that I spent all that money there for nothing…I DO NOT RECOMMEND this place..and they also try and push you to buy the deluxe…even if you tell them no they still push it…one good thing is that it’s very clean.

I’m really not a person to go online or even complain about companies, but this was just ridiculous. First off, I’ve been going here to get my nails done, and the pushing to force you to get things you don’t want is absurd. And the service there. I once just wanted my nails done in gel and they kept saying “acrylic will be done” despite me saying no and still wanting to charge me. Another time, the lady used more expensive product than I asked and I ended up paying far more than what was listed. My final straw however, was today. My boyfriend tends to have hairy eyebrows (no duh, it happens) and I get my eyebrows waxed there with him. He’s an introvert and was too scared to say anything, but they RUINED his eyebrows. One eyebrow was far longer than the other, and his eyebrow shape was messed up. He panicked while I was furious with them.
