First of all a staff member brought her children to the salon, not the place for that. Take off…. Not professional to bring children where people want to relax. So I had a pedicure, before I come in I always trim my toe nsils. The gentleman asked if her could straighten them by trimming them. I said sure…. Well he did not trim them he butchered them down to the meat of my toenails. I’m in so much pain due to this disaster. On top of that he trimmed lol my cuticles… um no he butchers them as well I have cuts on ever toe due to this man. Never will I ever return.

It’s 925am and they opened less than 30 mins ago. I walked in and asked to have my nails removed. They stated they couldn’t because of appointments. I asked if I could wait because I have a broken nail that needs to be removed due to it hurting. She said appointments only. I showed her the sign on the window shows walk ins welcome and she said not today. Will never use this place or recommend to anyone ever.
