My favorite nail salon since moving to Sacramento, 2 years ago. I’ve only ever had Kim or her husband do my nails, but now it’s just Kim. Everyone does a great job at manicures, pedicures, gels and acrylics, but Kim is able to get me out of my comfort zone with colors and designs. (You’ll see from the photos I upload:)) Customers are greeted when they enter the salon, which is something I always pay attention to. Friendly and welcoming atmosphere. They take walk ins, appointments, and call ins. Their day off is every Tuesday.

She’s awesome an always knows how I want them done. I wasn’t for sure of the color I wanted but she picked the perfect one an put her own spin on it ready for Halloween next month. I feel I was over-charged for what I received. I asked for a dip powder manicure and a gel toenail polish only, no pedicure. My total was $80! I always ask for my cuticles to be done and do not mind paying extra. However, I believe I was charged for a pedicure and the cuticle cleanup. Neither of these things were actually done. I don’t mind paying the money for quality work, I know that quality work costs money and I did feel that this was a great salon but lately I’ve been having a bad experience there. My nails also look very bad and unprofessional and I don’t think I’m going to come back.

When I asked the gentleman to make my nails round while he was filing them and he looked at me and said “really”. And didn’t listen to what I asked he said “they are to short” and continued to do them. He did a terrible job and he was so rude I was shaking because I was uncomfortable. He seemed irritated when doing my nails. I didn’t get what I wanted they are lumpy and square and now I need to pay to get them fixed. Bad service and attitude. Next time I’ll ask for Kim if I go back.

Prices are so low for great quality service! The shop is clean, customer service is wonderful and my nails have never looked more natural and fabulous! They don’t rush through your manicure, honor appointments plus seat you together and give you plenty of time to dry before paying and showing them off to the world. LOVE this place!
