Lazy. Only trimmed one foots nails and I had to ask her to trim the other nails to make them even. Charged me $6 to take off the previous gel which I think is extreme. They didn’t even put a top coat on my friends nails. Pedicure

I use to come here for over 5 years and since I was in the area I came to get new set of gel and pedicure, the customer service seem to go down, I was happy to get in without an appointment but they but I felt they could have been nicer, then 2 days later 2 of my gel nails chipped causing my nails to chip and break. They told me to come in to get fix when I came in the owner never acknowledged me or told me someone else would fix it they just spoke on there language talking amongst each other like it was my fault.

Made appt early morning for that afternoon (2 pedis & 2 manis). When we arrived we were not greeted, nobody even looked up. Ended up waiting 20+ mins after our appt and decided this wasn’t the place for us and walked out. As we were walking out a lady yells out “she’s done now!” No thank you not the nail salon for us.
