Critical: Quality, ValueI have gone to Diamond Nails several times because of the color choices they offer, however, this last experience was the last straw. My cuticles were cut which I didn’t ask for and they don’t typically do for a simple dip set. But, I was cut & bled three separate times. I didn’t make a big deal out of it because I know it happens but one of the cuts quickly got infected and that’s when I started freaking out a little. It’s been about a week and three nails have already fallen off, and I didn’t even get them long. I don’t know why I keep going back just to waste my money. I have gone to Diamond Nails several times because of the color choices they offer, however, this last experience was the last straw. My cuticles were cut which I didn’t ask for and they don’t typically do for a simple dip set. But, I was cut & bled three separate times. I didn’t make a big deal out of it because I know it happens but one of the cuts quickly got infected and that’s when I started freaking out a little. I wish I had read reviews. $107 for a basic pedicure and full set with gel polish and $46 for a kids pedicure/manicure. Most I’ve ever paid in my life. My gel polish looks as if it was watered down. Dirt is caked under nails and toes of my kid. Toenails are crooked shaped. Paint on my skin.

This is probably one of the worst sets I’ve ever gotten. I asked for a French tip with dip powder, the lady continued to go with acrylic. I wanted the kind where the white goes down a little farther than normal and they look awful. Also not to mention when I got home, they’re glow in the dark… not happy at all.

My mother got a manicure and a pedicure. Sloppy polish work. Several nails weren’t completely painted. I called and talked to someone who said my mother could come back in and have the polish redone. She went back in and the same lady looked at her nails and didn’t see the problem. My mother said the lady finally got mad at her (yes, mad at my 82 y.o. mother…seriously) and got up and let someone else take care of my mom. My mother won’t ever return to this place.

This was my 1st time here and I was serviced by Sophia. She did an excellent job very detailed cleaning around my nails…also manicured my nails and colored with dip powder… the works. She was very kind and had good customer service and was honest with pricing. I will return again. UPDATE:
