I am very disappointed. Everyone was very nice but when it came to the quality of my nail it did not give. They are crooked, the top coat is not smooth, and the lady nicked my finger and it started to bleed. She was altogether very hard on my fingers. I just went yesterday to diamond nails the staff was nice and it was a clean place however my gel manicure is already peeling, the lady who did them put it on WAY to thick they are so chunky and did not file it down enough i also asked for coffin style nails but those are clearly some kind of rounded square shape and every nail length is different. I am very unsatisfied and will not be returning here especially for nails as basic as these. P.S. these were $58

Kathy & staff is so professional and talented. Whenever I ask for something they deliver my expectations and more. They can be completely packed and they will get everyone in. I have seen people walk in with 5 minutes until close asking for a mani/pedi and they serve them with a smile on their face which you won’t see at other places. I lived in other states and never found my “place”. If you want a mail “home” Diamond is your place.

I had a manicure appointment to remove my gel polish and have it reapplied. They look beautiful. I had a snow flake added to my ring fingers. My nails are beautiful. I highly recommend this nail salon. I will be back when my nails need to done again. The ladies there are friendly and helpful.

I’ve been here several times over the past year or so. The first time I went it was one of the best experiences I had ever had. I loved the 10 minute massage while drying my nails and I thought the quality was good on my mani/pedi. Today I went and it was the worst nail experience I’ve ever had. They were super busy, but I didn’t mind waiting because I knew it was Saturday. They were apologetic and I never complained either. Today I questioned the cleanliness, as I’m always unsure if the instruments are truly sterile. I work in dentistry and regularly use an autoclave with temperature sensitive baggage that shows if the instruments have been sterilized properly. The instruments used I can assure you were not sterile or pulled from a bag. I also saw a cockroach crawling across the floor around the pedicure station and around the cadys used for pedicures. My pedicure was okay… but I didn’t really get a thorough massage and my water got cold from waiting. My manicure was awful. My cuticles were cut so quickly and rough, I’m sore and bleeding on my thumb. She never apologized for cutting me and just painted over my dried blood. She never asked if I wanted my nails cut or filed a certain way. In fact my nails were filed in about 30 seconds unevenly. It was almost comical because I thought surely she can’t be serious. I was never asked if I even liked the manicure. By this point it wasn’t even busy in the salon and I was just rushed through without any care or attention to details. Of course I also didn’t get the massage I’ve always gotten when drying my nails either. Most salons don’t offer this service so it’s a perk that kept me returning here, however now seeing that there are no standards for consistency in place it’s doubtful I will return.

I’ve been to this salon three or four times and it is truly hit or miss. I have received a really nice pedicure and manicure, but other times its been horrible. This last time I went in my pedicure turned out amazing but I was not told of the prices before the pedicure. I thought I was going to pay $35 per their sign. I called ahead and they still didn’t reserve a spot for my mother who is 92 so she had to wait a long time and she is on oxygen won’t return. Her retort is untrue, we waited over 30 minutes after her telling us to come …then tried to separate us so we couldn’t visit. She just kept saying a few minutes. They did nothing to accommodate us. Didn’t try to reserve a set of chairs. No point to call ahead, is there?
