My daughter and I came in for a pedicure for myself, and a manicure for my daughter. We had a great experience. They were kind and very welcoming. They took us right in at a moments notice when everyone else in the area was closed on Sunday or booked up. Their work is exceptional, and their prices very reasonable. My technician was Loan, and I highly recommend her.

I came in for a nail repair earlier today and I came with a friend who knows Vietnamese fluently. The older woman working there made comments about how we 1. had no money and 2. was talking bad about other people. You should be more professional in the workplace because you never know who’s going to come in and know exactly what your saying.

I would give 0 stars if I could… I tried reaching out to the business directly but both the online contact us form and email address listed do not work. After calling and dealing with a very rude employee who refused to give me any information on obtaining a refund and refusing to even tell me when the owner/manager would be in so I could address my issue, I decided to write a review and warn others.

I carefully chose Diamond Nails based on all the high reviews. Everyone there is so great and so kind, friendly and has excellent customer service, but B is my girl!! Highly highly recommend!!

Nicest people I’ve ever met!!!! Went here religiously in Highschool and I haven’t been since I’ve been away at college, but I went yesterday with my bf’s mom and they remembered everything about the both of us!!!! Critical: Professionalism, QualityI used to go to a nail salon by my work since I work pretty far. My husband is the one who Actually found this place and I was excited because they even close late which goes with my work schedule. .. But I’ve gone about three times, the first time was excellent! And that’s why I went the second time which was a horrible experience! I didn’t had an appointment but I had to wait over an hour because they were short of staff. I showed the nail tech girl what I wanted and she looked at me like it was a bother. She did my nails how I wanted them but the whole time she had a face like if she was mad because I wanted a certain design… Welp…one of my nails broke 2 weeks later which I made an appointment this time. When I got there they greeted me very rudely and asked what I needed so I told them that it was just a one nail repair and she was mad for whatever reason.. She asked me what color did I put? Which I have no idea because the nail tech picked it out last time. She assumed I had gotten my nails done in another place which I didn’t and I told her loudly that it was HERE! she then proceeded fixing my nails with such a bad attitude and left nail color in my skin and didn’t bother cleaning it up..i will definitely explore some other nails.. !!Service: Acrylic nailsI used to go to a nail salon by my work since I work pretty far. My husband is the one who Actually found this place and I was excited because they even close late which goes with my work schedule. .. But I’ve gone about three times, the first time was excellent!
