Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, QualityPossibly one of the worst manicures I’ve gotten. I feel bad writing this, because I’m not usually one to complain, but this mani is something that I’ll actively have to pay more money to fix now, because of how poorly my hands were treated.John, my nail technician, was very nice, but unfortunately, had no idea what he was doing. My cuticles were entirely screwed up, and he managed to fail completing even one nail with gel polish without having to push back the sloppy edges with his own nails. I felt very uncomfortable with the entire experience, and it was very unsanitary.In the end, the nails themselves look so unpresentable that I cannot wait to get the gel off, because my natural nails certainly look better than this shoddy paint job. Paying 35$ for something an 8 year old can doodle on your hands is not justified. Attaching pictures with uneven paint and raw/bleeding cuticles as evidence.I apologize in advance for the management of the salon, but I hope this review inspires more training sessions for your nail techs and better hiring practices. Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, ValueCame here 2 weeks ago to get a no-chip pedicure. Paid $50. Within 5 days, 4 of my toenails had chipped which shouldn’t be possible since I paid extra for no chip. Decided to return today to give them another try. Big mistake. Made an appointment for 2pm for a REGULAR pedicure. I picked my REGULAR nail polish. I sat in the chair for over an hour, waiting on them to start my pedicure. Once I was in the chair, I asked her how much extra it would be to add the paraffin wax. She asked if I wanted a deluxe pedicure and I said “does it come with the wax?” To which she responded Yes. So I confirmed with her that I wanted the deluxe pedicure. When the time came to pay, (4:15pm) I asked if it was $35 (the price of a deluxe pedicure) and she told me it was $60 because I asked for no chip and wax. I told her I asked for a regular pedicure and that she told me the deluxe pedicure came with wax. She told me they could remove the polish and redo my pedicure with regular nail polish but it would take another hour. Because I didn’t have time to wait, I paid the $60 although it was not at all what I had asked for.
