Had a tip of my French dip Mani break off and accidentally told them a different lady than who did them in the first place. The first time the mani looked great, so it’s unfortunate I didn’t catch her name and gave them the one of the woman that did them a few weeks before. I got the broken one fixed, but it’s super uneven and you can really see the tip under the polish, going to see if I can get it redone again?

I was on vacation and coming back from Michigan when one of my dip powder nails broke. I researched area nail salons and Diamond Nails came up in my search with great reviews. Even though it was a little drive from the campground definitely worth it! They got me right in, we’re smiling and friendly the whole time, did very nice work at matching the original nail color even though it was from a different salon and state. When we went up to pay, they said no charge – wow! Talk about service. We did leave an awesome tip for the young lady as we were not seeking a freebie. I would highly recommend this nail salon!

Critical: Professionalism, QualityI’ve been here several times and I’ve never had a bad experience but this last time I went to someone new. He was extremely rough. Didn’t listen. Was extremely rushed. I had to ask for a second coat because it was see through, he scoffed and then it’s still see through because he rushed through it. Made a bunch of mistakes and did quick fixes.. they look so sloppy. I went to somewhere else to fix them right after. I communicated at the front how displeased I was and only got an “I’m sorry”. No offer to fix the horrendous job that was just done.
