The person working there was very nice but the way he cut my nails is causing my big toenails to hurt, a week later. He actually told me he cut them special…it looks like he cut them very short on the corners and I’ll probably get an ingrown toenail. Also, this place was filthy and really rundown. I honestly wanted to leave after I sat down in the pedicure chair and looked around a bit. Tons of dust everywhere and the chairs are peeling, falling apart. No plastic liner in the tub where you soak your feet and it didn’t look like the tools were being sanitized.

I went here because it was highly rated (online) and cheaper than my usual place….which I now know why. I went in for a fill and left with all nails different lengths and shapes. I called to have them fix it the same day. The service was friendly and courteous and they took me right away the second time, but would only fix the shape mishaps. I was literally told it was too late for the length. They would not fix their mistake and put the acrylic nails on the nails that need it at which they should have done in the first place. Now I have to walk around with an unprofessional manner care for two weeks and then go back to my regular place from now o now I have to walk around with an unprofessional manicure for two weeks and then go back to my regular place for them to fix all the mistakes and from now on. My daughter also got a manicure that day, gel over nails. She asked for a black matte. All I can say is she did not walk out with black nails. Way under par. During the two visits, we utilized all three people that worked there. Nobody seemed to be capable.

A wonderful, happy place to receive great nail care. Amy and Jimmy take pride in their work. It’s the best salon I’ve been to and I’ve been to many. It’s clean..my nails have never looked better plus I enjoy my visit every two weeks. I wish to thank them for doing such a professional job, while making me laugh..it’s a great place!

The customer service was amazing! I’m usually a person to make an appointment, but my first visit was a drop-in and they took me right away. For my second visit I called to make a same day appointment. Unfortunately, my window to stop in was pretty precise; and I was willing to forego the luxury of a pedicure that day if the timing wasn’t going to work. Jimmy juggled his schedule to accommodate me. And by that, I mean he wanted to call me back and work on a few things on his end. I’ve been going to nail salons for years, and I’ve never had anyone go to that much trouble for me. I love my pedicure! My feet feel so soft and the relaxing experience has made me feel a years younger! Jimmy, thank you for all your well-appreciated efforts!

First problem I have is they lie. They offer a Gel full set which costs little more than acrylic full set. That is what i asked for, but they did not use gel, they used acrylic. Gel is more natural looking, almost clear like glass and requires uv light to cure. The fact that they are claiming to use gel and not, and charging more for it, is very dishonest. Also very unprofessional with their time. I walked in and they took me right away. However the one nail tech working here was not really available. About 10 minutes in, she had a women come in who had an appointment, but that woman still had to wait about 45 minutes for me to be done. So at one time she was actually working on 3 different people at one time. I could see that she probably would have done good work based on what I saw. But because she was so overbooked she did not do as good of a job. A couple of my nails were lopsided and they were very bulky. She actually left me sitting there with dusty powdery fingers and cuticles instead of finishing me, and someone else came to ring me up. I would have rather she just told me she was not available right then, instead of half doing my nails. I usually like to give people another chance, but I would not go here again, waste of money and time. More concerned about money than customer care.

I’ve been coming to diamonds nails for years, even when I lived in Tosa. I always admired how much they care about safety. Today, everyone was properly wearing masks at all times and I felt 100% safe. I highly recommend them.

I have been going to Diamond Nails for maybe 2+ years, and on my last visit the owner Jimmy did my pedicure, and it is the worst polishing I’ve ever gotten at a salon. He left polish on my skin around my toes. I made it up in my mind earlier this year that I am going to stop settling for just anything when I am spending my money. Disappointed

I have been “put on hold” or “wait” for Amy to work in another client, in my appointment time, for 15 or 20 minutes, at least in 3 occasions. Amy is always in a hurry. Need to get better.
