They did a great job & paid attention to detail which means a lot to me! Their prices are also very reasonable. Very nice people & will absolutely drive 45 minutes to come back for my next visits!

I am not too happy with Jess. She stays on the phone the ENTIRE time she does your nails and I was actually ignored and she rolled her eyes at me on purpose quit a few times because I was interrupting her phone call. They don’t have enough staff. I love the way the other lady did my nails, I don’t have a problem with her but I am so upset with Jess. When she first started working there, she was so friendly and nice but not anymore. The owner really needs to think long and hard who they hire or who they don’t hire.

Was a regular until today. Sat waiting, only to have 2 customers arriving 20 minutes afterwards, asking for the same services, be seated and started while I continued to wait. Regular customers should never be skipped over for clients who walk in and announce they are only at your location because the shop they normally patronize, wasn’t open. Sorry Jess, but that just isn’t a good way to treat any customer, regular or not. Prefer to take my business to those who will appreciate it!

Critical: Quality, Value$80 for mani and pedi with gel. Not sure if this is a good price or not. Girl was nice. Paint on 2 fingers caused gel to peel next day. They reuse files. She looked at me like I was crazy when I asked about it. I saw them using the grater on another ladies feet. I thought these were illegal to use.
