There are a dozen nail salons in this area which gives a consumer many options. I understand that because nail salons are In demand, they’ll always have customers. As a consumer. It matters to me how I’m treated from the moment that I step into the door. Great customer service should be our expectations as a customer and when the basic customer service standards are not met, we should not patronize that business. Pick a color is not a greeting. Not allowing the customer to explain what they are looking for is not good communication. I was treated very rudely and I will never be back.
