This salon does great work and the staff is great…except, the owner: Phuong “John” Ta. If you say anything negative to him in reference to his service or customer service he yells at you and tells you not to come back. I always make an appt with them. From 30 seconds before my appt time, the salon calls me telling me I am late & this is their only income…to prevent this call, I make it a point to arrive on time.
