Clean, decent polish job, but that’s it. Not cheap, yet it was a joke of a massage for a gel pedicure and uncomfortable approach to use gel machine. No massage for manicure, very basic (I even had to ask for to coat). Guy wasn’t very communicative when I tried to ask about the services prior. I definitely wouldn’t come back or recommend. Basic pedicure also doesn’t include any kind of scrubbing whatsoever, no pumice.

If I could give negative stars I would. Hands down the WORST nail experience I’ve ever had. I will NEVER return here. I was rushed, they tried to upsell me to gel saying regular polish takes an hour to dry, but yet when I finished near closing time he said I was dry after barley 5 minutes under the dryer and walked me out so he could leave. They asked me to pay before I even started my pedicure, and hover over me watching what I wrote down for a tip. The three employees have some drama amongst each other they need to sort out. The pedicure itself was the worst I’ve ever had, it was rushed, no effort at all with the massage. There was another customer who walked out for horrible service during my time there. Just extremely horrible, never ever again.

This is the most terrible nail experience I’ve had in my life. The man messed up they tried fixing it but didn’t offer an apologize and still made me pay full price and my cuticles are full of acrylic. I paid $83 and walked out with nails that look terrible. Im so disappointed I literally want to cry

I had a 2pm appointment. They left my acrylic nails to soak off for an hour!! before coming to work on them. They also put used ” cheese grater type tool back in the bin to use again while I was watching them do a pedi. I was supposed to get that as well, but when I saw them just move the bin over to the next chair with the used, uncleaned tools, plus it took so long for my nails, I told them no thanks for the pedi. My nails turned out OK, but not great. I won’t be back.

Positive: Cleanliness, ProfessionalismI walked in on a Wednesday and the shop was a little busy, but the owner asked what I would like done. I told her I needed a new set and my nails soaked off first. She told me to have a seat and she would be with me. I didn’t have to wait long. She started soaking my nails to remove them. I prefer this way much more than when the nail tech rips your old set off. After the soaking and filing, she started with the new set. I got everything I asked for and she took her time with the shaping. I am always happier when the shape is on point. I got the pink and blue ombre with a few stones on one finger on each hand. My cost was $80 and in my opinion was worth every penny. Sandy, the owner is the one who did mine this time. Unfortunately I didn’t have much money that day to give her the tip I felt she deserved. Both an accommodating and friendly staff. My niece who is 3 had her first manicure at diamond nails they were all so very sweet she enjoyed every bit and we all had fun! Highly recommend! Pedicure, Manicure, Acrylic nails
