I stopped in today on a whim to get a gel manicure, because my regular place is completely full this week. They are not the friendliest people in the world, but Jimmy did a great job on my manicure. I am unable to wear a mask due to a health condition and they gave me a hard time about it but allowed me to stay (I carry a medical card and a doctor note). Despite the environment, I am very happy with my nails. He was very gentle with the drill and files (didn’t scratch off any skin!) and very detailed in his work. So far I’m very pleased. My usual gel manicures last 2 weeks, so we’ll see if this one does too.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!!! I went in for a fill in that cost me $40. I left an $8 tip. Got them done with the guy. One nail cracked the next day which he fixed no charge. The day after he fixed it broke completely off. Two days later another nail snapped off and two days after that 2 more nails snapped off. I am left with 4 broken nails not even 10 days after getting them done. I called because I feel that is a waste of $40 and the lady said there is nothing she can do. Seems that the nails soften after touching water bc they break after I was dishes. Quality is terrible and customer service is even worse.

Have been going ever since first opened, ALWAYS a great relaxation time for me. NEVER had a bad experience NOR a bad finished product. Have had ALL my mani-pedis last over 30 days. Am ALWAYS complemented on my nails. Thank you Lynne and staff for your excellent service!

I hate to give businesses these types of ratings, but hoping it is viewed as constructive criticism. A new nail salon has opened in this area and I went in and there was quite a wait (understandable because it’s new and everyone wants to see what it’s about), so I went to Diamond nails which is the next closest place. If you want to get your nails done, sure, Diamond can do that for you- but it’s nothing special. I waited about 30 min for an available technician as there were only 2 working during the busy lunch hour. The place is bland and dusty. Seriously dusty. Staff was not super friendly, but also not rude, somewhere in between. I wanted to get a few things done but decided to just get one thing done and then go somewhere else later.
