So my friend used to go here but she said most of the people she used to go to no longer work there. I came for a fill and pedicure and my polish on my nails and toes weren’t really that great. The polish isn’t even and I got bubbles as soon as I walked out. I got my original set done by a student in her house and feel like she actually did a better job. I couldn’t see any pictures of designs, was just told “they look like what you see” for some nail tape and felt like my tech was nice but aggressive. It’s too far from my job for me to go back :/

Positive: Professionalism, Punctuality, ValueI’ve been a customer for several years and Emily does my nails. She does excellent work! I believe the real issue at this salon is some, not all of the clientele. I have been many times when people were so rude to their nail technician that I was embarrassed for them. They work hard and VERY LONG hours…some people just want something free everywhere they go and they’re willing to say or do anything to get it. I love the people who talk on their phone the entire time they’re there or the people who don’t have an appointment and get mad if they don’t jump through hoops to accommodate them. If you don’t have time to wait, don’t walk in. The salon workers are much kinder than some of the clients deserve and they matter too. Nobody is perfect and if we would ALL practice the golden rule, this world would be a much better place! I have been many times when people were so rude to their nail technician that I was embarrassed for them. The owners service was terrible . She rushed my nails . She didn’t have any customer service skills whatsoever . I felt like I was on an assembly line as she rushed my simple manicure job . There was no enjoyment of the manicure (which is the purpose of getting one) when every other minute (literally) she was getting up to service other people then once she was back she took all of 10 minutes on my nails . I could’ve done this at home at a better rate (free) at that .. if you want a quick job with no interaction/ customer service then yes come .. if you want you’re money’s worth .. don’t .

Went in to have sns nails they filed twi of my fingers till they bleed. The nails was not straight or smooth not once did they tell me to wash my hands. They used the same cutters and everything else that they used on other customers. Then charged me 55.00 dollars that my granddaughter could have done better. Worst place I have ever been

I’ve went there several times Cindy is very rude… she’s cut my finger before like twice. She doesn’t like to replace my nail once it pops off in a week. My eyelashes also was falling off I txt her 4/26/18 to let her know that. Because I just got them done on the weekend. Her response “ Ok” she doesn’t care about her customers only wants the money !!!! I won’t be going back !!!

I came in for a manicure/wax. The lady who did the services was so sweet. She made me feel right at home. She was quick but she did everything right and made sure I was happy with my nails. I will be coming back there when I need mani/pedi.
