You’re getting what you’re paying for here. I probably wouldn’t be writing this if it weren’t for the fact that it was so many tiny details that made it a lackluster experience. I was really hoping for a better experience than I had. In my past experience the no frills places always did a great job and were always worth while to go to. Needless to say, I was disappointed. I felt very rushed when I walked in, they greeted me, I responded and they just stared as if I knew what they were thinking. I had never been there before and the guy who greeted me was working on someone. I felt rushed to pick a color, even though they weren’t busy. The gel colors weren’t in any order which really isn’t a big deal, but I wanted to compare different shades of a similar color which didn’t help the rushed feeling. It also normally wouldn’t bother me but their uv light for the gel nails was held together with tape, and the censor didn’t always pick up when my hand was inside, had to readjust a few times. Once I left and looked at the manicure outside I saw that they didn’t paint to the left edge of almost any of my nails, my boyfriend could see the gap in the pictures I sent him. There was polish left on one of my pinky fingers. Again, I wouldn’t be writing this if it was just one or two of these details, but since the list added up I decided to. I don’t think it was the worst job in the world, it was just definitely a $30 gel nail manicure. If you want something quick and reasonably priced, go for it.

I’ve had two bad experiences. The first was a gel manicure–the older lady who did it wouldn’t give me the color I wanted (white/very pale pink), and insisted I pick a dark color. Then, the manicure peeled off within three days! My gel manicures have always lasted at least a week and a half to two weeks. Also, during the three days I had the manicure, a couple of people told me that it looked dull.

Great experience for a mani and pedi. The staff is nice. They all have personalities which makes the experience comfortable! I will be going back for the Deluxe spa pedicure, well worth the price! My gel manicure is still in perfect condition. I was a little skeptical of a gel polish due to past chipping issues, but I am pleased thus far!! A gentleman did my nails ( I didn’t catch his name) he was AWESOME. I am happy to find a local nail salon that will continue to get my business 🙂

I like their pedicures so I went back for a manicure. The lady didn’t clip my cuticles or file my nails to get them even. I guess they only paint them. I paid $11.00 for a tip before I realized it. I’m sad cause it’s close to my home but I can paint my own nails for a lot cheaper!
