Best nail place. A very clean establishment. Quality, fast service, best price, & friendly staff. You won’t be disappointed if you get your manicure/pedicure here. I trust this establishment & I’ve never had any problems with any sort of shady practices, or fungal infections like other nail places. This was my go to nail salon. Even when I moved further away I would try to go out of my way to come back to this salon. They are quick, reasonably priced and I thought that they were clean. I’ve never really had a complaint. I got a pedicure 2 days ago. It was nice and relaxing and I was overall happy when I left except the woman clipped my cuticles to the point that they were slightly bleeding. The next morning the corner of my toe was in pain, I chalked it up to her cutting the skin around my toe. Today, it hurts to walk and my big toe is clearly infected. As much as I like the price and quick service I don’t think I’ll be able to return as I’m now curious if they properly sanitize and clean.

I came in wanting only a pedicure with my sister and friend. We had an appointment for 3:30pm. The staff had us sitting for over an hour. We tried asking several staff when they could get us and we were purposely ignored each time. We decide to go to Essence Nail & Spa down the road (way better help). I am very disappointed in the treatment and the fact that they purposely keep their phone off the hook when I tried calling the day after we made the appointment. The customers that sat beside us said they were told this place doesn’t even take appointments. So why were we told we had appointments if they don’t even do them?? DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

I posted about this on FB the minute I came out of there. The one star is for the manager and how he handled it. In a nutshell, I was in the chair approximately 12 minutes…I know bc I ended a phone call when she asked me to put my feet in the water. I asked about it, was told “you get full pedicure” which did not happen, there were witnesses, after pondering on it, I went back in, asked to speak to him, and the workers were at full volume in Vietnamese bc I simply asked him, “Is this your practice?” He kept $12 for the minutes I was in the chair.

Arrived around 10:13 on a Saturday morning. Already a few before me. I didn’t wait long, received a Mani and Pedi and was out by 11:20! Service and people were great. I drive 45 mins to get there and it’s worth it!
