Even better 2nd time around at this place. Zero wait to get started and the technician was very pleasant. I left with beautifully colored nails shaped exactly how I asked. They used just enough polish to maintain the natural shape of my nails. This place stands out for two reasons: 1. The color swatches match the polish that they bring out! 2. They are precise.

When I arrived customer service was was very good. Technician ask me what service did I want i wanted gel manicure and gel pedicure. I was seated and set up offer me water or soda. Then another technician came over to help her with my pedicure he had a dog with him he was on a leash so I was ok then they took him off of the leash and I became uncomfortable. So I asked do you always have the dog in here and they said yes I am not sure if they understood English. Now it’s time for the technician to polish my nail she wanted me to come over to the table. They did not get the dog so I screamed and they came back for the dog. I will not go back and pay my $$ and have a animal around me that not a professional business. He is not a service animal.

My pedicure is amazing and the look of my nails are great. However, my nail beds are terribly sore and irritated. The tech removed my FRESH prior acrylics from Halloween by sliding a fake tip in between and prying them off. The set wasn’t even a week old. I voiced and showed my discomfort but he could not have cared less. He cut me several times and did not have me wash my hands nor sanitized the wounds. I know this isn’t the norm because I peaked over at the lady next to me several times; her prior nails were being drilled off… I do not usually go to shops as I am more comfortable in home based salons and this experience only confirmed my bias.

I have been going to Lee for the past year. He always does and amazing job and able to fit me in when my schedule allows. They 2nd location is big and clean!!! They always keep my nails looking their best. Highly recommended Pedicure, Gel manicures
