No more. Im not sure why this establishment has just given up. I went at 1015am they opened at 10, didn’t get to me until 1035am. There was only one other person in there waiting too. Horribly dirty. Nail dust everywhere and they’re not cleaning their tools anymore…. I should have walked out but I needed my nails done for a wedding. Lesson learned! Never again, I definitely will drive to Ashtabula, Ohio or Erie Pa. These girls used to do quality work but no more. They hardly speak when spoken to and you will sit and listen to them speaking Vietnamese the entire time. Irritating. Took my polish off and this…. Nails are not done correctly.

Critical: Quality, ValueReally disappointed. I spent 70 dollars to get acrylics done and they didn’t even last a week. In the first 2 days, one of them broke off for no reason. I wasn’t being rough or anything, they were just that thin. Then today, another one snapped off when I was unwrapping a Christmas present. Not a fan went and got my toes done asked for a gel pedicure and was charged for a deluxe pedicure which my feet were maybe in the spa for 10 mins if that and I did not have the ladies undivided attention so it took a while I was the second guest in the building. Ive been coming her for about 2 years now and never had an issue. Today was only the second of opening since Covid, so I had to wait. Which isnt an issue for me at all. In my opinion, I feel like the quality of the nails could have been better. They are not even, some of them are way to thick with acrylic, and the nail polish isn’t straight either. Maybe it was just a one time thing, I hope.
