Worst mail experience ever. The lady was incredibly rude, she is the one who sits at the very front on the right side. When my friend and I called in my friend asked for two manicures and told them that I got tips. The lady started to file my own nails and I told her that I wanted tips and that’s when she started getting rude. We went there twice and our first experience was great but after this we have not been back since. I just laugh at these pictures now because of how awful my nails look.

Kari did an amazing job on my nails, she listened to what I wanted and actually did it. I went to a few other places when I could not get into my regular nail tech. And they turned out beautiful. I posted it on Facebook, and got so many compliments and asked me where I got them done at and I said diamond nails ask for Kari! Thank you Kari for my beautiful nails!

I had such a great Sunday evening with Carry! I 100% think this is the best nail salon in the Greensburg! Her work is amazing, she so polite. They have such a nice salon too, fairly newly updated! If you haven’t seen the new set up you should swing in and visit Carry Or Tu! They are just amazing!! Thank you!!

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueHorrible experience. The nail technician kept looking at her cellphone every couple of minutes to text. I ended up asking her if she needed to step away for a minute because it became so frequent and ridiculous. Due to her negligence and obvious preoccupation with whatever she was doing on her phone, she severely cut my nail. This injury took months to heal. Then when I was ready to pay, I handed the technician my debit card, and she said “no, you pay in cash,” and pointed toward the ATM, which had a surcharge of $5. I asked if I was required to pay in cash, and she told me, yes, if I can. I said I didn’t want to use the ATM due to the surcharge fee, and the technician became irritated and stared blankly at me for a few moments before exchanging looks with multiple coworkers. Hands down the worst manicure and pedicure experience I’ve had. Went with my mom to diamond nails instead of my normal place. Giving two stars because they were very clean, sanitary and for the most part friendly. besides that I wish I could give negative stars. Went for a manicure and pedicure $50 and just wanted to add gel polish. None of my mail growth white is even, she would do a step to one side and not the other. There was no continuity in the services. Walked out paying $90 plus tip. My nail tech upgraded me to the deluxe pedicure without telling me she was. No gel on toes. My gel manicure was sub par. She cut me twice and my polish was lumpy. I told her I like natural color nails, clear with just a hint of translucent pink to mimic my natural nails/ nail bed. I’m a man and walked out with baby pink milky nails. After she started the color I asked to change because it was too pink for me and she said no, the color was already started. After paying over $100 for basically nothing I wanted I had to soak the gel off my nails and home and do my own nails. I was getting them done for a wedding I will be attending in about a week. When I went to pay and she said the price and I questioned it she said what she charged for and service was already done and price was the price. I’m not usually one to complain about a service and will pay whatever the price for quality work as I was a hair stylist and you pay for quality and trustworthy work. Will not be returning and advising people of the involuntary up-charging and unwillingness to accommodate the client of this establishment. I do not mean to sound like a Karen as I’m not that kind of person but this was for the most part a horrible experience.

PLEASE READ. Worst nail salon I’ve ever been to. There were bugs flying around everywhere. The person doing my nails was VERY annoyed that she had to do them. She didn’t put enough dip powder on my nails and 3 ended up breaking the next day. I don’t normally leave reviews like this but PLEASEEEE save your hard earned money and go elsewhere!!
