Critical: Quality, ValueI don’t typically post a negative review, but my experience at this nail salon left a lot to be desired. The price chart is outdated and the prices displayed aren’t valid. I got tips with acrylic, so $55 plus tips, I ended up with these nails. The nails are just straight, no shape whatsoever. I asked for the nail shape that the nail tech had, which was almond shaped. The nails were round and after having her file the sides to shape it more, it remained round. I’m not sure what kind of bulbs they use in their UV/LED light, but it caused my hands to be dry, rough and peeling. I was charged more and more every time I get the same thing done. a fill and gel polish was 40$ even though I had nothing cut and all my nails were on. I am so done w this place. I won’t be coming back. I have gone here many times over the years and I get worse and worse service every time. I had my nails done Sunday and by Monday an entire gel polished nail was off. I have been going to Diamond Nails for a while now at the recommendation of a friend who has been a customer for over a decade, and I’ve never had a bad experience. I was previously going to another location in Milltown but I got tired of not being able to make an appointment, and dreaded getting certain nail artists. That is not the case here. I have LeLe do my pedicures, and Holly does my nails (usually gel polish). I have never left unhappy. LeLe takes her time with my pedicures and I always feel my feet are flip-flop ready and pampered by the time I leave. Holly does a great job on my nails and I feel that my gel always lasts significantly longer than when I was going elsewhere. I never wait more than 5 minutes from arrival when I have an appointment, and LeLe and Holly always greet me with friendly faces. I’m so glad my friend brought me here, as I won’t be going anywhere else again.

I was very excited to get my nails done here for my wedding 2 weeks ago. My friend highly recommended Bobo. To make sure I got an appointment I made it a month ago. I mostly want to get my nails done but I made an appointment for both my nails and a pedicure. When I arrived Bobo greated me while she was finishing somebody else’s pedicure. After a few minutes she came up and asked if I had an appointment I told her yes, to get my nails done and a pedicure. she walked away and came back to tell me that I only had an appointment for a pedicure and that she could not do my nails too. Meanwhile there was no one else there to get there nails done. I told her this was for my wedding. She told me she could not do my nails and only had time for a pedicure still. I even offered to skip the pedicure and just do my nails and she told me she didn’t have enough time. I was very disappointed by the customer service. To turn someone away two days before their wedding… There are just no words. I hope this place sees my review and take stuff like this into consideration. You just don’t do that to people especially two days before their wedding. I wouldn’t recommend this place at all because of the lack of customer service.

If you are gonna go here DONT make an appointment with Holly. She was on the phone the entire time she did my nails and clearly wasn’t paying any attention to what she was doing. Every nail is a completely different shape. I can’t figure out how to attach photos to this review otherwise I would. I came in with a full set on with coffin shape, all I needed was a fill in. My one pinky is now square shaped, the rest of the hand is an uneven square while the other pinky is left coffin shape while the rest of the hand looks oval. She also completed this all in 30 mins which is obvious enough she rushed through it. Didn’t even remove my cuticles. I’m about to go back and complain but figured everyone else should know about it too so they don’t have to pay $35 for the worst nail job I’ve ever had done. It’s a shame too because Holly was very sweet

I have been with Damond Nails for at least 15 years and wouldn’t think of going anywhere else. Holly is fantastic and so is the rest of the crew at this famly owned business. They are very friendly and work hard to make sure you are happy with your nail care and experience at their salon, which by the way, is always very clean.

Where do I start…Diamond nails has a Gem named BoBo. BoBo take being a nail technician to another level, she is sooooo talented ‼️Her skillful hands create magic every time she does my nails. She takes her time with each customer ensuring that she delivers her best work each and every time. The nail shop is also clean and inviting and all of the staff are friendly. Ohh the salon only works by appointments. So be sure to schedule yours….
