Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueWorst experience ever!!!! Save your money and time. There was only two nail techs there and the lady who gave me a pedicure finished in 10 minutes smh. Massage sucked. The man did my nails acrylic dip powder and this was the results from it. He denied me a design before we started on the nails so we agreed on the blue and just PLAIN matte. My nails started to form bumps/ridges within 15 minutes after leaving the salon. I called in a nice polite way saying I wanted a refund he agreed. When I arrived he had an entire attitude and did not want to give me a full refund. Then he threatens to cut my nails. These are my natural nails and I only had two fake ones because they broke on me earlier on this week. This was my first and last time ever coming here . Worst experience ever!!!! Save your money and time. There was only two nail techs there and the lady who gave me a pedicure finished in 10 minutes smh. Massage sucked. A couple months ago I would recommend this place. After, my most recent video I would take that back. When I first walked in there were only two nail technicians. I was waiting. Someone walked in who was told that they could come back. Once she came back. He said he wasn’t ready for her and had to wait. She was angry and left. Once she left he talked bad about her. They are not fair with their prices. He also made two other people want to leave. Lastly I was not happy with my nails. If you want good quality nails, do not go there.

It was only two people working and they are very sloppy with there work there was bugs in the lamp when she pulled the lamp out i nicely asked can she use another one same thing but I let it slide to see if the other work was good she had them made my nails uneven crooked and unprofessional even to mention they don’t talk at all .

Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueOnline and their door says they open at 10AM, they don’t. This was the fourth time I stood outside their door or waited in my care between 20-60 minutes before they decided to show up to open. When I walked in and explained how I was sitting in my car for over 45 minutes waiting for them to open he said I shouldve called to tell him Id be there at 10 so he would have known to get there on time. I had received a gift certificate to use there and explained to the man that this was the 4th time I’ve tried coming without them even being open and I no longer even wanted to come there and just wanted my fiance’s money back that he used to buy the gift certificate. The owner took the card out of my hands and literally ripped it up and started talking to his wife angrily in a different languag. She walked over and threw 50 dollars on the front counter and walked away without saying a word. The most unprofessional thing I have ever seen business owners do.
