If I could do 0 I would, my wife went in got awful service from the owners son none the less! The nails came out awful And she was treated poorly. She complained and was told to come back tomorrow for them to be fixed, she came back in thinking the owner herself was going to fix them. The owner wasn’t even there and put her back with her rude son. At that point she asked for a refund instead of wasting another hour with her son to just mess them up again and her son said he is the manager and that there is no refunds and was rude yet again. They are not even, he didn’t do anything with her cuticles, did only one coat and still took him an hour.

So so good and beautiful work! But their acrylics are too thin on the side. Which is making them lift and get water in them. The gel polish doesn’t really last past a week. They are very nice but I’ve watched as a woman watched a video on her phone the whole hour it took her to fill my nails. It’s sad that there’s not much out there for good customer service anymore.

I just moved to the Augusta area and while I was waiting on my daughter to get done with her driver’s ed course, I decided to stop in for a pedicure. The location is a bit hidden , but I noticed it while I was shopping in the same complex. There was a lady that greeted me and had me sign in on a sheet of paper. I have to say the color choices were beautiful. There was a bit of a rush getting me to the seat, although no one else was there. The man who did my pedicure was very quiet and gentle , which is fine with me – I’m not a fan of the chit chat. He didn’t get my ingrown toenails like my old salon did 🙁 he applied the polish very nicely – no complaints there. The real issue is , when I went to pay – I only have my debit card. Which there are signs on their stations asking tips be paid in cash. I literally never carry cash and she agreed to add my tip to my debit card. When she saw it was a debit card she told me to get money out of an atm in the store. I respectfully declined stating I don’t want to get charged for removing money from the atm. She insisted stating it was only a dollar. This is very uncomfortable for me – i don’t like the pressure of taking money out of an atm when seconds before it was agreed to take it from my debit card. I don’t think I’ll be returning.

It was ok. I had a pedi. My toe nails were cut and polished. My legs and feet massaged quickly. It was not busy.My toes hurt like they were never worked on. There were a lot of signs on equipment that said “out of order”. I saw a lot of broken chairs stored behind the pedi chairs.

My daughter had her nails done for homecoming and they were able to get her right in and her acrylics came out beautiful the young man that did her nails was very gentle my daughter said and extremely polite..we will definitely go back for the great service!!

I brought in a reference photo of what I wanted. I referred to the photo multiple times and asked for corrections along the way. Every time I spoke up, I was greeted with a rude attitude and my requests were blatantly ignored. $55 later and I have a set of nails that I absolutely hate.
